TO REDUCE TO A MINIMUM THE RISK OF
ELECTRIC SHOCK AND FIRE:
- SET THE CONNECTION SWITCH OF
THE SHORE POWER SUPPLY ON THE
BOAT TO THE “OFF” POSITION BEFORE
CONNECTING OR DISCONNECTING THE
SHORE POWER SUPPLY CABLE;
- CONNECT THE SHORE POWER SUPPLY
CABLE TO THE ONBOARD CONNECTOR
BEFORE CONNECTING THE OTHER END
TO A SHORE POWER SUPPLY POINT;
- DISCONNECT THE SHORE POWER SUPPLY
CABLE FIRST FROM THE SHORE POWER
SUPPLY POINT AND THEN FROM THE
ONBOARD CONNECTOR;
- FULLY TIGHTEN THE SCREW RINGS ON
CABLE CONNECTORS, AND CORRECTLY
CLOSE THE SCREW CAP WHEN
CONNECTORS ARE NOT IS USE;
- DO NOT MODIFY CONNECTIONS OF
THE CABLE TO CONNECTORS; USE ONLY
COMPATIBLE CONNECTORS.
DANGER
Never:
- modify onboard electrical systems or the respective electrical diagrams;
modifications, installations and maintenance must be carried out by qualified
electricians;
- alter or modify the nominal current intensity of overload protection devices;
- install or replace electrical equipment or devices with components that exceed the
nominal current intensity of the circuit.
