This example assumes that a CP40 control panel has been wired to the
Canlan and configured appropriately. In the first edit box (Panel Address)
the control panel panel address must be entered as set on the CP40 address
dip switches. In the next entry, enter the number of the new virtual trunk we
defined in the Network Trunk Definitions dialog. Enter one or more card
readers each with its own unique reader id and name and then press OK.
We now have defined both the Canlan and one CP40 control panel which is
connected to it. Once again, check the communication statistics by choosing
VIEW -> COMMUNICATIONS from the menu.
