Maintenance Mode

If you have forgotten the user name or

If you have forgotten the user name or

the password

the password

If you have forgotten the user name or the password, you can initialize the HDMA-
4000. Once the HDMA-4000 is initialized, the user name will be [admin] with no
password set. Once the HDMA-4000 is initialized, start it up in the normal operation
mode.
