Repeat the measurement as many times as required
NOTE: It is recommended that the measurements be repeated at least three to five
times in order to obtain most reliable measurement.
Repeat alignment and measurement as many times as required. Maximum of 10
data can be saved in memory.
Measure the eye
Press
R/L
switch in order to move the measurement head toward the other eye.
Measure the eye
Measure the left eye in the same way as measuring the right eye.
Print/transfer the result
Press PRINT switch.
Instrument will return to the measurement mode (FULL AUTO or AUTO)
selected for “
DEFAULT
” in SET mode.

If printing is unnecessary after the measurement
Press CLEAR (DEMO) switch for an instant.
(If the switch is pressed for more than two seconds, air will be emitted from the
nozzle for demonstration of air puff.)
Measurement values of both eyes will be deleted from the monitor and serial num-
ber will count up if “
COUNT ” is set to “ ON ” in SET mode.
However, measurement data remains in memory until the next measurement is per-
formed. Data in memory can be seen in DISPLAY mode (see section 6).
Also, data will be printed if
PRINT
switch is pressed.
NOTES: 1. Results will be deleted from memory at the measurement after print-
ing/transfer is performed.
2. It is recommended that a hard copy of the printout be made if you
wish to store it for a long time, because printouts on thermal paper
are apt to deteriorate.
