Special Features
Sending a Fax at a Delayed Time
The MultiPASS L90 lets you scan a fax into its memory and send it at a preset
time. This lets you take advantage of lower long-distance rates at night, for
example.
1. Place the document face down on the automatic document feeder (ADF),
and gently insert it until it stops.
2. Press FUNCTION, DELAYED TRANSMISSION, then SET. (The current
time is displayed.)

3. Use the numeric buttons to enter the time at which you want to send the fax.
(Enter the time in 24-hour form: 10:00 p.m. would be 22:00, for example).

4. Press SET.

5. Enter the destination(s) you want to send the fax to. You can do this by:

Pressing one-touch speed dialling buttons (with the FUNCTION lamp
off).
J
Pressing CODED DIAL and entering coded speed dialling codes. (Be
sure to press CODED DIAL between each code.)
J
Using the numeric buttons to enter one destination only. (Be sure to press
SET after entering the number.)
