basic procedure for scanning documents
into User Inboxes. For more information,
see e-Manual > Mail Box.
To use more convenient modes, press
[Special Features] to access the Special Features
screen.

To Add a Name to a Document and Save It
Scan screen
When you want to arrange documents so that
you know what each is, it is useful to give the
documents names. This also makes it easy to tell
which document you are printing. You can also
change the name of a document easily at a later
date.
