11 Adjusting the Amount of Line Feed

Important

11 Adjusting the Amount of Line Feed

After adjusting the printhead position, print the LF setting pattern and adjust
the amount of media feed. Before printing the LF setting pattern, load LF
adjust paper provided with the printer into Cassette 1.

Always load A4 or Letter size media in Cassette 1. If a smaller size is loaded, it
may smear ink inside the printer and onto other media.

You do not need to select the media size on the operation panel. The media is force
fed from Cassette 1 to print the pattern.

Press the Power button to switch the printer on.

After a few seconds “Ready” is displayed on the operation panel and the
Online lamp lights.

Press the Online button to switch the Online lamp off.

The printer is set offline.
