Troubleshooting

LOST IMAGE

Description

The machine was turned off when any documents were 
stored in the machines memory.
Please note that any data stored in the memory, 
including received fax documents, will be deleted if you 
disconnect the power cord of the machine.

Action

The error is automatically released after two seconds, 
and the machine automatically prints out the lost 
report that shows the records still existing in the activity 
report.

MEMORY FULL

Description

The machine is full of jobs.

Action

Print, send, or delete any documents stored in memory.

Action

Divide the document stack or data into a few parts and 
try again one by one.

Action

Send the document with low resolution.

Description

The number of TX/RX jobs that can be stored in memory 
reached the maximum.

Action

The maximum numbers of jobs that can be stored in 
memory are as follows (Based on the condition that 
the other party sends the fax by FAX-L160 with ITU-T 
Standard Chart No.1, mode); Up to 256 jobs for sending 
and receiving. Wait for the machine to send any 
documents in memory. Also print, send, or delete any 
documents stored in memory.

Description

When you are registering group dialing, you have 
pressed a one-touch speed dialing key that is already 
assigned to a fax number.

Description

When you are registering one-touch speed dialing, 
you have pressed a one-touch speed dialing key that is 
already assigned to a group address.

Action

Use a one-touch speed dialing key that is not in use.

Description

You have reached the maximum number of recipients 
(16) you can enter with the numeric keys for 
broadcasting.

Action

Enter no more than 16 recipients for broadcasting with 
the numeric keys.

Description

When the line is off the hook or the [Hook] key is 
pressed, you have specified a group of recipients by 
using a one-touch speed dialing key that is assigned to 
a group address.

Action

Specify a recipient without using the one-touch speed 
dialing keys that are assigned to a group address.

Description

When you are specifying the relay station for Relay TX,
