NOTICE
Radiator
protectors
must
be
re-
moved before installation of front cargo mod-
ule or engine overheat will occur during engine
operation. Care must be taken not to damage
radiators once protectors are removed.
24. Insert hose clamp from PDI kit onto air inlet
duct in cargo module as per following illustra-
tion.

3. Clamp orientation, screw facing out towards wheel
NOTE:
Spray a solution of water and mild soap in-
side the inlet duct mating surface to aid in the in-
stallation of the duct.
25. Turn up and store all the wiring and connectors
on cargo module to prevent them from being
pinched between the front cargo module and
front frame.
NOTE:
On models with separate low beam head-
lights, pay attention to the routing of the adjuster
cables for the low beam headlights when in-
stalling the front cargo module.
