7 - Manifold and Accumulator Removal And Installation

STEP 16
On older models, remove the 90° adapter (1) and
plug (2) from the manifold.

STEP 17
On older models only, install and tighten the grease
tube 90° adapter (1) in the position shown. Install the
plug (2).
STEP 18
Apply Loctite 242 or equivalent thread locker to the
threads and use the four M10 x 100 socket head
bolts (1) and washers (2) to install the manifold or the
undercarriage. Tighten the bolts to 46 N•m (34 ft-lb).
STEP 19
On older models, install the grease tube (1) on the
90° adapter.
