3 - Midroller Wheel Seal And Bearing Removal And Installation

STEP 18

Install the load rings (1) on the face seals as shown.

STEP 19

Wipe the seal contact area (1) with a clean lint free
cloth.

NOTE:

Be sure no alcohol is puddled in the seal cup

before installing the seal assembly.

STEP 20

Lubricate the seal load ring with denatured alcohol.
Install the seal (1) and load ring in the hub.

cp0507

STEP 21

Flood the collar ring with denatured alcohol to
remove any dust or lint from the seal cup (1).

Install the face seal assembly (2) on the collar ring.
