6 - Tension Cylinder Removal And Installation

STEP 8

Remove the two bearings (1) from the cylinder.

Inspect the bearings for wear or damage.

TENSION CYLINDER INSTALLATION

STEP 9

Lubricate the outer diameter of the sliding bearings
(1) with an anti-seize grease and install in the
cylinder.

NOTE:

The bearings (1) must be flush with the faces

(2) of the cylinder cross tubes when installed.

STEP 10

Place the cylinder in the tension arm (1) and main
frame (2) as shown.

STEP 11

Lubricate the pin (1) with an anti-seize grease and
install the pin (1) in the rod end and tension arm.
