6.2 Setting up a
new User
If a new user is being set up, selecting ‘Add New’ produces the following screen:
The user ID, date of birth and sex are entered here. Selecti

The weight and height of the user are selected from here. It is possible to input
the user details either in Metric or Imperial units. The increments are 1cm and 0.1
Kg. Accurate measurements are necessary for calculations of energy
expenditure, but do not affect the recording process.
