The current Frame Period can be read back from the camera

Command syntax:

FP?

The minimum frame period is depending on the number of lines that are read out.

The camera checks the specified frame period and adjusts it to the minimum possible if the frame period is set for a
too small value for the current image format.
Thereafter the integration time is checked and adjusted to the maximum possible when its setting is too large.

The FP command only effects the frame period and therefore the frame rate in continuous mode. When

working in a different than continuous mode, the period time is stored. The setting will become active when the
camera is set to continuous mode.

4.2.19 Integration time in continuous mode

The integration time in continuous mode is set in units of 10

µ

s.

Command syntax :

The camera checks the specified integration period. When the Integration Period is set for a too large value with
respect to the current frame period and image format the integration time is automatically set to the maximum
possible value.
The maximum possible integration time in continuous mode is automatically obtained when x is set to 4000.

The actual integration period can be read back from the camera.
