Right gain =-(
x
/ 2047 ) * 7.5 %
Adimec utilizes a real time correction to match the left and right channel at room temperature.
This feature is called Adimec Proprietary Matching and is implemented as standard in all Adimec-1000
cameras.
Because of the APM, the analog gain normally does not have to be changed by the user.
Exceptional operating temperatures can cause differences in gain. Therefore Adimec has chosen to have the
analog gain command still available for the user.
The analog gain correction values are saved as power-up defaults using the SC command.
When the power-up default settings for the analog gain correction values are changed, the factory values can
be restored by the FD command.
Offset errors due to a different analog gain between the two output processing stages are automatically corrected by
the black loop.
The current set analog gain correction value can be read back from the camera.
Command syntax:
AG?
Left and right apply to the image halves when viewed with the normal horizontal readout direction.
4.2.11 Digital gain
The GA command sets the digital gain in the camera and therefor the camera sensitivity.
Command syntax:
GAx
x is the desired digital gain setting. Valid values for x are 1, 2, 4 or 8, applicable for standard cameras.
Valid values for x are 100 … 800 (100=1x, 250=2.5x, etc), applicable for Digital Fine Gain option cameras.
The current digital gain can also be read back from the camera.
Command syntax:
GA?
