ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND PROGRAMMING

Before proceeding, cut off the main power supply.
DIP SWITCHES for fitting the terminator resistor
🅴
The terminator resistor is used to balance the Bus cable over long
distances. Normally the resistor is fitted to the last devices (the
farthest) connected along the bus line.
To plug the terminator resistor set DIP switch 2 to ON (2 OFF is
the default setting).

The DIP switch is set for selecting the I/O card's ID and
assigning a univocal address to the device connected on the
serial Bus.
FINAL OPERATIONS

Once the electrical connections are done fasten the cover using
the screws.
