OBS! Om pumpen tillfälligt använts till att
pumpa förorenat- eller vatten innehållande
klor,
spola pumpen med renvatten omedelbart
efter användning samt avlägsna föroreningarna.
Om pumpen ej använts på en längre tid och ej star-
tar eller ger vattten (fast elanslutningarna är rätt)
skall pumpen tas ur vattnet och kontrolleras om den
är blockerad eller om föroreningar finns.
Bryt strömmen till pumpen så att den
inte kan tillkopplas oavsiktligt innan
service eller annat underhåll utföres.
6. Demontering
6.1. Kontroll av rotationsriktning på axeln
Refereras till snittritningen på sidan 39.
Ta bort filtret 15.50.
Sätt en fast nyckel på muttern
(28.04), vrid axeln motsols.
Om axeln är forfarande blockerad, skall demon-ter-
ing fortsätta att ske tills felorsaken är konstaterad
och åtgärdad.
6.2. Inspektering av dom hydraliska delarna
Remove following this sequence: the screws
(25.28), the washers (25.26) the screws (25.32)
and the safety circlip (25.30). Extract the preload
support ring (25.24) and, if present, the spacer
(25.23). Remove the preload ring stages (25.20)
and his o-ring (25.22) using a bearings extractor
and a steel rod (fig. n°1) or, with the electropump in
vertical position, moving it up and down (fig. n°2).
It is now possible to remove all the hydraulic parts
up to the motor and it is possible to extract the
motor from the suction side. In case of pump with
float switch it is possible to pull out the motor up to
float switch arrives to the delivery casing (12.01), if
necessary to extract the motor remove, the delivery
casing (12.01) the jacket cover (76.62) and the
electrical connections as described in fig. n°7 and
then follow the sequence above.
Övriga delar skall ej demonteras.
Elmotorn samt pumpens funktioner kan skadas
om felaktig demontering/montering utföres.
6.3. Oljekammare
Om oljekammaren skall inspekteras, följ dessa
instruktioner.
VARNING: det kan vara ett litet över-
tryck i oljekammaren.
Försiktighet skall iakttagas för att undvika
läckage från kammaren.
Vänta tills oljekammarens lock (34.03) har svalnat.
Remove the plugs (34.08) and the o-rings (34.09),
remove the oil inside the oil chamber and extract
the rotating part of mechanical seal, remove the
oil chamber cover (34.03).
Vid återfyllnad av olja i kammaren skall endast mat-
eller olja avsett för läkemedel användas.
(Kvantite =
0,095
liter).
Först monteras den fasta delen på den mekaniska
axeltätningen (36.00) på kammarens lock (34.00)
sedan oljekammarens lock (34.03) på motorlocket
(70.00) med o-ringen (70.09).
6.4. Inspection of capacitor and elec-
trical connections chamber
Remove the screws (14.20) and remove the deli-
very casing (12.01) pressing with a tool on the
provided notch (see fig. n°7), in case of pump with
float switch before remove the delivery casing
(12.01) it is necessary to remove the screw
(96.09). Remove the screws (82.11) and the o-
rings (82.12), extract the jacket cover (76.62) with
cables.
6.5. Pump re-assembly (recommen-
ded only for experts)
If the electropump is completely dismantled follow
these instructions: assembly the motor jacket with
winding (76.01) with all motor components,
mechanical seals and hydraulic parts as in fig.
n°3. Install an eyebolt M8 at the end of the shaft,
use this eyebolt to lift the motor and hydraulic part
and insert it in the external jacket (14.02). Check
the position of the reference notch and the refe-
rence height (fig. n°5), complete the re-assembly
following the sequence on fig. n°6. Rotate the
pump and make the electrical connections, close
the jacket cover with the screws (82.11) and the
o-rings (82.12) as show in fig. n°7. To check the
seal of the motor, install on the threaded hole M5
of the jacket cover (76.62) a pressurized air sup-
ply (maximum pressure 2 atm) and immerse the
pump in a water tank. If no leakage are visible,
pull out the pump from the tank, remove the pres-
surized air supply and close the hole with the pro-
per screw (82.02) and o-ring (82.03), as show in
fig.n°8.
7. Reservdelar
Vid beställning av reservdelar uppgiv positionsnum-
mer samt beskrivning i sprängskissen, uppge även
alla data på namnplåten som finns på pumpen (typ,
data sernummer).
Alla pumpar som behöver översyn eller reparation
måste sändas tillbaka komplett med kabel.
