The pellet stove will

The target temperature is
lower than the actual
room temperature (ac-
tual temperature); the
"Standby" symbol is dis-
played.
Increase the target temperature.
The fire is burning
with a long, yellow
flame.
Pellets are stacking
up in the burn grate
without being burnt
and the pane is
sooting up.
1.) The grate in the burn
grate is clogged up with
ash.
Switch off the stove and allow to
cool. Remove the burn grate from
the holder and clean the grate and
ventilation holes.
2.) The burn grate is not
positioned correctly.
Ensure that the burn grate is posi-
tioned correctly.
3.) The combustion air
volume is too low for the
fuel.
Increase the combustion air volume
until combustion is satisfactory.
Please note that there may be dif-
ferences in the combustion rate
even if standard wood pellets are
used. Only use standard wood pel-
lets. Ensure that the fuel is dry and
cannot absorb any moisture during
storage.
The fire goes out.
1.) The pellet tank is
empty.
Fill with pellets.
2.) The combustion air
inlet in the burn grate is
clogged up with ash.
Clean the burn grate.
3.) The ash slide or ash
pan are not positioned

It is important that the ash slide and
ash pan are closed so that the pel-
let stove can function correctly.

Open the chimney flap.
The
pellet

switches off com-
pletely after 20 min-
utes operation.
1.) The flue gases have
not
reached
the

Ensure that there are sufficient pel-
