6.3.5 Addresses Configuration Group

This attribute group allows the NMS to examine the current address table entries,
as well as to remove both static and learned entry information, or to add and
modify pre-defined entry information (modifying certain entry information may
cause the entire entry to be deleted), or to zero an entry’s statistics.
The Addresses Configuration Group contains a few statistics about the entire
Filtering Database, and information about the entry last examined or modified by
the NMS. Therefore, the SNMP GetNextRequest PDU is not appropriate to read
the entire Filtering Database. Instead, the NMS must either use the dot1d MIB or
perform the following steps:
1. Set sfaddrIndex with the desired starting point (-1 will cause the database to
be read from the beginning).
