5) TRIMMER FUNCTIONS (TR1, TR2)
The sun sensor sensitivity can be adjusted through TR1 trimmer, while sensitivity to wind should be adju-
sted by means of trimmer TR2, as shown in the figure:
6) DIP-SWITCH (SW) FUNCTION
SW 1
Wind alarm management:
OFF:
when closed, the curtain remains closed when a wind alarm triggers.
To re-open it, an opening control signal must be sent.
ON:
when the wind alarm stops, the curtain moves again to the original position.
If the sun shade curtain was open, it will open again.
SW 2
Rain management:
OFF:
if it starts raining, the sun shade curtain will close.
ON:
if it starts raining, the sun shade curtain will close.
SW 3
Service man/automatic command:
OFF:
service man operation (by button only).
ON:
it automatically operates with push buttons and radio transmitter.
SW 4
Time selection:
OFF:
operation with test times (for the first installation, all functions will take a few seconds).
ON:
standard operation (opening after 1 minute, closing after 15 minutes, operating time: 2 minutes)
7) OPERATION
To control the motors, use auto-default push buttons or buttons of the stable type.
Operation of push buttons:
if the buttons are pressed for one second, the sun shade curtain moves in
the required direction until it reaches the end of stroke set by the motor limit switch. If the stroke must be
stopped before time, press the button corresponding to the reverse movement direction.
Transmitter operation
(with RR.FWS accessory):
Button1 = CLOSE / Button3 = OPEN
If the stroke must be stopped before time, press the button corresponding to the reverse movement direc-
tion.
8) HOW TO PROGRAM THE TRANSMITTER
( KEY1 = CLOSE / KEY3 = OPEN )
The transmitter can be programmed by pressing the PL2 key
until the LE1 LED starts flashing and the buzzer makes a con-
stant sound for 2 seconds. When the buzzer switches off, the
receiver enables reception:
press key 1 of the transmitter two(2) or more times within 5 se-
conds from the moment in which the buzzer switches off. Once
the transmitter code is stored in memory, the buzzer makes a
rapid, intermittent sound and the LE1 LED stops flashing.
To store a new transmitter in memory, repeat the opera-
tions previously described.
If the memory is full (6 transmitters max), when a new transmitter code is received the buzzer makes a bito-
nal error sound. The sound will be repeated every time the control unit is powered with full memory.
9) HOW TO ERASE A TRANSMITTER CODE
A transmitter code can be erased from the control unit memory by pressing the PL1 key until the LE1 LED
starts flashing and the buzzer makes a constant sound for 2 seconds. When the buzzer switches off, the
receiver enables reception: press key 1 of the transmitter to be erased within 5 seconds from the switching
