2. Check that the shelf mounting brackets are mounted in the proper location for the rack
or cabinet to be used. If necessary, remove the mounting brackets from the shelf’s end
plates. Reorient the brackets as required (see Figure 501-1), and reattach them to the
shelf in the new orientation, reusing the original attaching screws.

3. If the unit is going to be placed in a 600 mm rack or cabinet:
a. Refer to Figure 501-2 for attaching the 19” to 600 mm bracket extenders to the units
front mounting brackets (one on each side).
