ASSEMBLY STEPS
1.Step 1 – See Figures 1 and 2: Attach the front fork to the front wheel. The pop out buttons of the holders of the front
wheel must fix into openings on the front fork, designated for them. : Slide the front fork through the opening in the front
mudguard.
2.Step 2 – See Figures 3 and 4: Place on top of the mudguard a white bushing. Slide the front fork into the opening of the
front frame. Place a fixing clamp on top of the fork.
3.Step 3 – See Figures 5 and 6: Attach one of the rear axles to one of the rear wheels. Place the wheel with the axle to the
rear part of the frame and press until it is fixed. Place а hubcap to the rear wheel and press careful until they are fixed. You
will hear a clicking sound. Repeat to attach the other rear wheel.
4.Step 4 – See Figure 7: Fit the handlebar to the top of the front fork. Using a screwdriver tighten the screw of the fixing
clamp. This is to fix the handlebar to the front fork. Turn the handlebar left or right to check if it is moving the front wheel.
Then place the black cap on top of the clamp.
5.Step 5 – See Figure 8: Attach the seat to the tricycle frame. Slide a screw through the openings in the seat and frame.
Tighten them with hexagram/ screwdriver and nuts in order to secure the seat to frame.
6.Step 6 – See Figure 9: Place the bottle stand on the rear frame of the tricycle and fix it with screws and screwdriver. Put
the bottle on the stand.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
I. Cleaning:
1.Clean with soft dry cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning detergents - alcohol or bleach – based ones, or such, containing
abrasive particles.
2.Do not spray water or other liquids directly on the tricycle during play or cleaning. This way you will avoid the risk of
damage of the tricycle due to rush on the metal parts and disturbance in the stability of the connections.
3.Clean the tires regularly from sand or dust.
4.Keep the tricycle clean.
II. Maintenance and storage:
1.Before each use of the tricycle, check carefully the working order of all parts and connections:
-The screws must be tightened well;
-The wheels and handlebar must be strong and fixed stably;
-The wheels must move freely.
2.You must not use the tricycle if you find that there are any loose, worn or damaged parts. The long use of the product may
lead to loosening of the screws and nuts. Please, make sure that all nuts and screws are tightened well, in order to protect
the child from injury.
3.Warning! DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, in order to avoid breaking of the parts.
4.Exposing the product to direct sunlight may lead to discoloration or fading of the color.
5.Store the tricycle at a cool and dry place, when you are not using it.
6.Store the product away from direct sunlight and sources of heat – open fire, heaters or cookers.
7.Check the product regularly before and after each use for malfunctions, cracks, broken or missing parts. Stop using it if
you find any damage until it is removed. For this purpose, contact the person you bought the product from, or the importer!
