5.Order of adjusting 2-stage mast and carriage clearance

Mast Lubrication
1. Tilt Rotating Pin Lubrication
(1) Identify the lubrication nozzles of the tilt cylinders and he mast mounting
Add lubricating oil via the nozzles.
(2)Fully lubricate the axis by tilting the mast forward and backward several times.

2. Lubrication of side shifter
Identify the lubrication nozzles of side shifters. Add lubricating oil through the nozzles until fresh
lubricating oil over fl ows.
3. Mast Channel Lubrication
Lubricate the mast channel with lubricating grease.
Chains Lubrication
Clean the surface of chains and lubricate with machine oil.
Ensure the lubricating oil has reached the gaps of the chain links. With the lubrication procedure
completed, lift and lower the mast for several times.
