NOTICE 

  Clean the machine thoroughly on a regular basis. Dirt attracts moisture and leads to rust 

formation. 

  Lubricate the machine after cleaning it, especially after using a high pressure 

sprayer/steam cleaner or fat-dissolving cleaners for cleaning. 

  Observe all legal regulations on handling and disposing of cleaning agents. 

  Touch up damaged paintwork as necessary. 

  Monitor the hydraulic hose lines with particular care and keep them clean. 

  Never use gasoline, benzene, petroleum or mineral oils to treat hydraulic hose lines. 

 

 

8.3.1

Cleaning with high pressure sprayers/steam cleaners 

 

NOTICE 

  Make sure to observe the following when using a high pressure sprayer/steam cleaner for 

cleaning:  

  do not clean electrical components such as control panel, solenoid valves, sensors, 

power sockets and cable connections, 

  never point the cleaning jet of the high pressure sprayer / steam cleaner nozzle directly 

to the lubrication and bearing points, 

  always maintain a minimum distance of 300 mm between the cleaning jet of the high 

pressure sprayer / the steam cleaner and the machine, 

  observe the safety regulations on how to handle steam pressure sprayers.
