Requirements:
Switch off the front, farmyard or wheel loader and secure it against starting up and rolling
away inadvertently (see Chapter 6.4 "Switching off the front, farmyard or wheel loader
and securing it against inadvertent start-up and rolling away").
Machine is locked into place and lifted off the ground (see Chapter 7.4 "Coupling the
machine").
The hydraulic system has been depressurized.
The quick-change device of the front, farmyard or wheel loader is locked in place.
Work steps:
1.
Set the actuator lever on the control unit of the front, farmyard or wheel loader to the
float position (neutral position).
2.
Remove the dust caps from the hydraulic plugs and the hydraulic sockets.
3.
Clean the hydraulic plugs of the hydraulic hose lines.
Hydraulic plugs have been cleaned.
4.
Slide the plugs of the hydraulic hose lines into the hydraulic sockets until you feel the
plugs lock into place:
4.1
Couple the return line (blue dust cap) to the return (T).
4.2
Couple the pressure line (red dust cap) to the flow (P).
Hydraulic plugs have been connected.
5.
Use the actuator lever at the control unit on the front, farmyard or wheel loader to
switch the hydraulic system on.
Pressure has been established.
