7.5.1
Switching the machine on
Requirements:
The front, farmyard or wheel loader and the machine have been coupled (see Chapter
7.4 "Coupling the machine").
Visual inspections have been performed on the machine and on the front, farmyard or
wheel loader. The machine and the front, farmyard or wheel loader are OK (faults
corrected).
Safety devices are in the safety position (e.g. covers fitted).
Supply lines are connected to the front, farmyard or wheel loader (see Chapter 7.4.2
"Coupling the supply lines").
Work steps:
1.
Use the ignition key to start the front, farmyard or wheel loader.
The engine of the front, farmyard or wheel loader has been started.
2.
Turn the control dial (see Chapter 7.2.1.2 "Adjust the speed of the dosing augers") to
the “OFF” position.
3.
Use the control unit on the front, farmyard or wheel loader to switch on the oil circuit
between the front, farmyard or wheel loader and the machine.
The hydraulic oil supply has been established.
4.
Turn the rotary switch on the control panel (see Chapter 7.2.1.1 "Switch dosing augers
and conveyor belt on/off
") to the “Start” position.
The machine is switched on and ready for operation.
