Basically the functions of the buttons are as
shown :

Verstellen der Rückenlehne
Drücken Sie diese Taste, wenn Sie den Anstell-
winkel der Rückenlehne verstellen wollen.
Adjusting the backrest
Push this button if you want to adjust the back-
rest angle.
Verstellen der Liegeflächenhöhe
Drücken Sie diese Taste, wenn Sie die Höhe der
Liegefläche verstellen wollen.
Falls sich das Bett im Zustand der Fußtieflage
befand, wird die Liegefläche automatisch waa-
gerecht gestellt, wenn sie in die niedrigste bzw.
höchste Position gefahren wird.
Verstellen der Oberschenkellehne
Drücken Sie diese Taste, wenn Sie den Anstell-
winkel der Oberschenkellehne verstellen wollen.
Einstellen einer Fußtieflage
Drücken Sie diese Taste, wenn Sie die Fußtief-
lage einstellen wollen. Bei dieser Taste ist nur
die Funktion "Senken"
aktiv.
Falls sich das Bett im Zustand der Fußtieflage
befand, wird die Liegefläche automatisch waa-
gerecht gestellt, wenn sie in die niedrigste bzw.
höchste Position gefahren wird.
Lösen Sie vor Einstellen einer Fußtieflage die
Bremsen beider Laufrollen auf der Kopf- oder
Fußseite, um mögliche Beschädigungen des
Fußbodens zu vermeiden.
Adjusting the reclining surface height
Push this button if you want to adjust the height
of the reclining surface.
If the bed is in the lowered foot position, it will
automatically be adjusted to horizontal level,
when it is readjusted to the lowest or highest po-
sition.
Adjusting the thigh rest
Push this button to adjust the thigh rest angle.
Einstellen der Autokontur
Drücken Sie diese Taste, wenn Sie gleichzeitig
den Anstellwinkel der Rücken- und der Ober-
schenkellehne verstellen wollen. So wird verhin-
dert, dass der Patient nicht zum Fußteil
durchrutscht.
Setting up the Auto-contour
Press this button if you want to adjust the angles
of the back and thigh rest at the same time. This
prevents the patient sliding to the foot end.
Adjusting to the lowered foot position
Push this button if you want to adjust to the
lowered foot position. With this button
only
the function "Down" is possible.
If the bed is in the lowered foot position, it will
automatically be adjusted to horizontal level,
when it is readjusted to the lowest or highest
position.
Unlock the foot brake of both castors on the
head or foot section to avoid damaging the floor.
Bei einer Schrägstellung des Bettes kann
auf der Fußseite eine Quetschstelle entste-
hen. Deshalb darf das Bett nur abgesenkt
werden, wenn sichergestellt ist, dass sich
keine Person in der Gefahrenstelle aufhält.
When the bed is reclined a pinch point
can occur at the foot end. For this reason the
bed must only be lowered after it has been
ensured that there is no person situated in
the hazard area.

PERRFUNKTION
Die Bedienung der Sperrfunktion ist aus-
schließlich den Anwendern gestattet!
Ist der klinische Zustand des Patienten so
kritisch, dass für ihn eine Gefahr durch das
Verstellen des Bettes mittels Handschalter
besteht, muss der Anwender diesen umge-
hend sperren. Das Pflegebett verbleibt in der
Position zur Zeit des Abschaltens.

OCKING FUNCTION
Only the operator is authorized to use the
locking function!
In case the clinical condition of the patient is
so critical that any adjustment of the beds by
means of hand switch causes danger, the
operator has to disable the bed immediately.
The nursing bed remains in the position it
had at the time of disconnecting.
