Troubleshooting and Maintenance

- 4.2 -

SMART 200 TSS

Ordinary Maintenance

The

SMART 200 TTS

system does not require special maintenance interventions.

Although it is important to periodically clean the sensors and the terminal
according to the environment conditions in which the system operates.

The TS5 Sensors are equipped with a function of automatic compensation, which
allows the detection features to remain unaffected even when some traces of dirt
are present

.

However, it is recommended to clean the sensors periodically.

For maintenance operations on printer device, i.e. paper roll replacement, please
refer to the operating manual supplied with the printer itself.

For cleaning purposes, do not use solvent, but rather a soft cloth
dampened with neutral detergent or alcohol.

Repairs

Any repair intervention on the SMART 200 TTS terminal must be
executed by specialised personnel from BTSR.
Any intervention attempt by non authorised personnel, voids the
warranty terms.
