Removing and installing the control power

module

Required tools:

Torx screwdriver T20

6.4.1

Removing the control power module (CPM)

Prerequisite:

•

Appliance is disconnected from the power supply.

•

Appliance has been removed. (Page 89)

•

Mains cable is unplugged. (Page 95)

•

Upper section of the housing has been removed. (Page 85)

•

Cabinet back panel has been removed. (Page 86)

Discharge current of charged capacitors!

Death from electric shock. Risk of injury from startle response.
► Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

► Discharge capacitors.

Discharge capacitor by short-circuiting the minus-plus terminals on the rectifier.

2. Remove cable strap and take lines out of ducts.

3. 1) Remove the grounding screws and securing screw from the mains socket.

2) Push CPM upwards slightly and release forwards.

4. Remove CPM.
5. Fit lines of old CPM on the new CPM 1:1.

Installing the control power module (CPM)
