III. Product Rating, Specifications and Dimensional Data
BFIT Series boilers are condensing, high-efficiency,
gas-fired, hot water boilers designed for use in forced
hot water or heating with indirect domestic hot water
heating systems, where supply water temperature
does not exceed 210°F. These boilers have special
coil type stainless steel heat exchangers, constructed,
tested and stamped per
Section IV ‘Heating Boilers’ of ASME Boiler and
Pressure Vessel Code, which provide a maximum
heat transfer and simultaneous protection against
flue gas product corrosion. These boilers are
not designed for use in gravity hot water space
heating systems or systems containing significant
amount of dissolved oxygen (swimming pool water
heating, direct domestic hot water heating, etc.).
