Limit Values
The
Limit Values
windows allows you to configure the upper and lower limit values
for the channels. It is possible to define six different types of
Limit Values:
alarm
lower value, alarm upper value, warning lower value, warning upper value, normal
lower value, and normal upper value
.

When you click on , or an input window appears with the fol-
lowing fields:
Channel # : This field allows you to assign a unique channel number.
Description : This field allows you to enter a description of the limit value (for ex-
ample: Temperature 1 high alarm). This description appears on the faxes and in
the
Messages/Recording window.
Type: This field allows you to identify the value type (alarm, warning or normal).
Limit : In this field you can specify whether it is a high or low range ( High / Low) .
Command: Here you can enter the SBS command sequence. Refer to the next
section.
