Engine Cover and Frame Service

Frame Installation

74

Assemble the port exhaust housing cover.

Tighten the four screws to a torque of 18 to 30 in.
lbs. (2 to 3 N·m).

Install the port frame and lower port exhaust hous-
ing cover to the outboard. Seat the frame into the
groove of the exhaust grommet.

Tighten the six port frame screws to a torque of 18
to 30 in. lbs. (2 to 3 N·m).
