2.1.7 Cutter Jam Prevention Mechanism

When the machine is printing or feeding tape, pressing the cutter lever turns on the
cutter sensor switch and immediately stops the DC motor. This prevents the cutter
blade from interrupting the tape being fed and causing a tape jam.
