Func

To overwrite the stored file with the new
one:
● Press
n
to delete the previously stored file
and store the new one under the selected
number.
Recalling text and Auto Format tem-
plates
To recall a file that has been saved:
1 Hold down
d
and press
8
. The MEM-
ORY screen appears.
2 Press
m
or
g
until
!
moves beside
RECALL .
3 Press
n
. The RECALL screen appears in the
display with the currently selected file num-
ber.
For a text file:
For a TZ tape template file:
For an AV label template file:
4 Press
m
or
g
until the file number con-
taining the text that you wish to recall is dis-
played. The file name is shown beside the
file number and the text stored in the
selected file number is shown at the bottom
of the display.
5 Press
n
. Any text previously entered in
the display is erased and the text stored
under the selected file number is recalled
into the display.
NOTE
To go back and choose another file number without
overwriting the text file
, press
e
, and then
select a different file number.
NOTE
An Auto Format template that has been stored in
the memory can be recalled when you are asked to
select a template in the Auto Format
function.
NOTE
To quit the Recall function without recalling any
text
, press
e
(OR hold down

and press

).
