This Value Contains the Motor Startup Delay

This  value  creates  a  motor  delay  from  the  time  the  startup  record
finishes  and  the  motor  is  allowed  to  move.    Increasing  this  value
increases  the  delay  in  when  the  motor  receives  power.    This  value
allows the brake release to finish before moving.  Each count delays
the motor start by .1 sec.  This function must be enabled by setting bit
1 of CV245.
