configured  here.    Rule  17  lighting  may  be  enabled  or  disabled  by
writing a “0” or a “1” to Value.

Rule 17 Lighting

Rule  17  Lighting  says  “Headlights shall  be  dimmed  when  standing
at  stations  or  waiting  on  side  tracks  for  an  oncoming  train”.    When
rule 17  lighting  is enabled,  the  headlight  will  be  noticeable  dimmed
at appropriately times.
