ADJUSTMENT OF LAP STRAP
Remove infant from the infant carrier prior to
making adjustments.
A. Remove the Infant Carrier from base as
instructed on page 21.
B. Lift Infant Carrier cover to reveal lap strap slot.
C. From the top side of Infant Carrier turn the
crotch 3-bar slide and push through each slot
as shown right until the lap strap assembly is
free from the Infant Carrier.
D. Re-insert lap strap through the slot which will
position lap strap level with the baby’s thighs
and feed back through other slot as shown
right.
LAP STRAP
The Infant Carrier is fitted with two lap strap
positions. Correct location of lap strap will
assist to correctly and securely position the
infant in Infant Carrier.
The Infant Carrier comes supplied with the
lap straps for an average birth weight baby
(out lap slots).
NOTE: As a low birth weight baby grows the
lap strap will need to be moved to the outer
slot.
When replacing straps, cover and padded insert, ensure none of the straps are
twisted and that all straps are secure by pulling each harness strap.

A. Remove the Infant Carrier from base as instructed

B. Lift Infant Carrier cover to reveal crotch strap slot.
C. From the top side of Infant Carrier turn the crotch
3-bar slide and push it through each slot as shown
right until the Crotch strap assembly is free from the
Infant Carrier.
D. Locate desired slot in shell, cover and padded insert
(if fitted)
E. Insert Crotch strap through desired slot and feed
back through other slot as shown right.
F. Ensure crotch strap is not twisted and positions the
red button outwards.
CROTCH STRAP
The Infant Carrier is fitted with three crotch strap
positions. Correct location of crotch strap will assist
to correctly and securely position the infant in Infant
Carrier and will help prevent infant from slipping further
down the Infant Carrier or slumping.
NOTE: The low birth weight position is shorter than
other positions. This method can be used to position
the buckle lower on the baby.
As baby grows the crotch strap must be moved to the
outer slot.
