B. Adjust connecter strap to allow the connector
to engage the storage bars on the base
underside. Wrap the strap as shown by
crossing them on the underside Remove the
slack but do not tighten. The tension indicators
should not turn green.
Press adjuster
and lengthen

to required length
for storage.
Storage under base
REMOVE THE BASE
A. Press each of the red release button
on the ISOFLEX connectors and
remove them from the ISOFLEX low
anchorages.

NOTE:
The insertion guides should be removed when not in use and kept in a safe
place. In vehicles with folding down backrests, the insertion guides must be removed
before folding down the backrest.

FOR LOW BIRTH WEIGHT BABIES
The Infant Carrier is supplied with harness setup to suit an average birth weight, new
born infant (approx 3.4kg). However, if your child is low birth weight or premature then
you may need to reposition the harness to the "smaller infant" position, as follows:
Move the crotch strap to the inner slot (see page 37) the lap straps to the inner
slots (see page 36) and the shoulder strap to the inner slot see page 38. This
will provide better support for smaller babies.

If the infant is newborn and over 3kg, generally you will need to use either slot or
and crotch strap position . Assess the harness fitment and adjust as necessary by
following Setting Up The Harness, see page 39.
For low birth weight or premature babies with breathing difficulties or medical concerns,
we recommend you seek medical advice before travelling.
