METHOd

Place vegetables into the blending jug.

Place the Stick Mixer into vegetables

and blend until smooth

(about 30 seconds)

Liquids (for example milk, formula or

water) may be added to thin the mixture

down depending on the age of the child.

TIP:

Freeze single serve baby food portions in

ice cube trays.
