17.0 RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

17.1

All products that are returned require a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Contact a Bray representative for instructions
and RMA forms to be completed prior to return of any product.

17.2

The following information must be provided when submitting RMA.

> Serial number

> Part number

> Month and year of manufacture

> Actuator specifics

> Application

> Media

> Operating temperature

> Operating pressure

> Total estimated cycles (since last installation or repair)

NOTE

: Product information is provided on identification tag

attached to device.

NOTICE

Materials must be cleaned and sanitized prior to return. MSDS
sheets and Declaration of Decontamination are required.
