7 / INCIDENTS THAT MAY OCCUR

Tip:

Certain incidents may arise when using your washing machine; here are the points to be

checked.

Problems:

Possible causes / Remedies:

The cycle does not start:

- you have not pressed the “Start” button.
- the appliance is not connected to the power source:

- check that the plug is plugged in.
- check the circuit-breaker and the fuses.

- the water intake valve is closed

(d01).

- the machine lid is not properly closed

(d07).

- the pause function is activated.

The sensitive buttons are inactive:

- the "Child Safety" feature is activated: deactivate it by

pressing the appropriate buttons.

The display is off:

- check that the plug is plugged in.
- check whether the circuit-breaker is activated.
- your machine is in "Energy savings" mode (display

goes off after 1hr without action).

Strong vibrations during spinning:

- your machine is not properly unpacked: check that all

the struts used for transport have been removed.

- the floor is not horizontal.
- your machine is not steady on all 4 feet: adjust the

feet.

The load is not spun or insuffi-
ciently spun:

- you have selected a program without spin, for exam-

ple "Draining".

- the spin safety feature has detected poor distribution

of the load in the drum: unpile the laundry and pro-
gram another spin phase.
