RASPBERRY-LEMON SMOOTHIE
Ingredients for 1 portion (510g)
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 and a half cups frozen raspberries
1 carton lemon yoghurt (170g)
Pour the milk and vanilla into the bottle. Add the raspberries and the yoghurt. Fasten
the blade onto the open end of the bottle. Turn the bottle upside-down and fix into the
base, matching the arrows on the blade with the arrows on the base. Press the bottle
downward into the base or rotate in clockwise direction to fasten and have hands-free
operation. Blend for 20/30 seconds or until a smooth blend is reached. Turn bottle
upright and put on flat surface. Replace the blade with lid.
