Check that the steering is:
1. Smooth
2. Free
3. Sufficiently tight

Transmission
Fluid
Brakes
Indicators
Accelerator
Tyres
Horn
Check that all the lights are functioning
properly (including the head light, tail light,
brake light, instrument panel lights, turn
signal lights)
Check that the fluid is at the correct level
Adjust the clearance of the rear brake pedal
and the front brake grip
Check that the brakes have no:
1. “Spongy” feeling
2. Leakage
Check that the neutral gear indicator, gear
position indicator, oil level indicators, and
turn signal indicators on the instrument panel
are all functioning properly
Check that there is:
1. Proper free play in the accelerator cable
2. Free fuel flow and that the accelerator
throttle valve is able to return to a closed
position
Check that the tyres have:
1. Correct air pressure
2. Sufficient tread pattern depth
3. No damage
Check function
Check that:
1. There is an appropriate amount of free
play in the clutch cable
2. There is smooth operation and full
releasing
Check there is sufficient fuel in the tank
Check that the chain is:
1. Sufficiently tight
2. Adequately lubricated
