Mic Buttons
Action!
Mic buttons are customizable by assigning Events to the buttons . See the Action and Events Creator to build Events
before you try to program the buttons .
By default the mic is programmed for the Up and Down buttons to control Audio 1 level on the CM900 (all microphones from the Base
Station), and the Circle button performs the Solo action . Other default features require additional setup (Intercom, Alert, and Display) .
Tap
= A short press and release
Medium Press
= Press and hold for about 2 seconds until you hear the double-beep, then release .
Long Press
= Press and hold for about 4 seconds until you hear the triple-beep .
While many combinations are possible, make sure to keep things simple and easy to remember for teachers .
When the mute button is pressed and held until the triple-beep, it will revert the following settings back to configuration defaults:
• Master Volume
• The 3 Audio Input Levels (Audio 1, 2, 3)
• PrioriTeach on/off
ALERT BUTTONS:
Side Alert buttons can be programmed with a single function that is triggered by pressing both buttons
simultaneously .
Mic Status LED:
Enable the diamond and circle button LEDs to show a visual status when active .
NOTE:
The Action! Mic programming follows the Base Station, not the Mic . When you take the mic to another room, the Mic
will perform whatever actions are programmed for that room . For this reason, if you have teachers moving between rooms, it is
recommended you keep programming consistent between ezRooms, so that teachers do not get confused .
