30. Turn the crank 3 to 5 turns in the direction of the arrow, and check
the tension. On the upper part of the belt, twist the belt at the midpoint
between the pulleys. The belt should not twist more than 90 degrees
(vertical).

31. Use a 17mm open-end wrench to tighten the illustrated nuts.
32. Turn the crank 3~5 turns in the direction of the arrow to make the belt
