4. Adjust the tail roller as needed to achieve the

correct belt tension.

Important

Make sure that both sides of the tail roller are

adjusted equally & that the roller stays straight.

Note

If tail roller is fully adjusted and the conveyor

belt is still loose, then the belt will need to be

shortened or replaced (depending on condition).

5. When complete, tighten the bearing bolts and

the outer jam nut.

6. Restart the conveyor and verify belt alignment.
