Business Hours Configuration
This table defines a working week (office hours) for scheduled services such as Auto
Attendants (see
Auto Attendants on page 40
).
INFO: BOSST101 will greet callers and give instructions on how to
reach an extension or service.
Day
This field lists the days of the week. Click a day of the
week to enter the working hours for that day (see
Duty Time Configuration Screen on page 29
).
Duty Time 1 This field lists the morning office hours.
Duty Time 2 This field lists the afternoon office hours.
Holidays Configuration
This table defines the non-working days for scheduled services such as Auto Attendants
(see
Auto Attendants on page 40
).
INFO: BOSST101 will play a holiday greeting on non-working days.
Description This field describes non-working days.
Month This field lists the month of this non-working day.
Day This field lists the day of this non-working day.
