Table 3: Trunk Status Menu
Description This field displays a brief summary of the trunk
configuration.
Status
This field displays the current status of each trunk.

Green icon indicates the line is not in use:
Idle
•
Blue icon indicates the line is ringing:
Ring
•
Red icon indicates the line is in use:
Busy
•
Gray icon indicates the line is not connected
or registerd:
Not Connected
in PSTN Trunk /
Not Registered
in VoIP Trunk.

Handsets Status
This screen displays a summary of all handsets registered with
BOSST101.
NOTE: Move the cursor over a handset status icon in the SIP
table to view the IP address for that handset.
The following table describes the fields in the
Handsets Status
screen.

Handset Status (Analog)
This table shows a brief summary of all analog (traditional) handsets configured for use
with BOSST101.
Handset Status (SIP)
This table shows a brief summary of all SIP (IP phones) handsets registered for use with
BOSST101.
Port No. This field displays the port number to which the
handset is registered.
Type
This field displays
Analog
if the handset is a
traditional landline phone, or
SIP
if the handset is an
IP phone.
DND If this field displays
ON
, the handset will ring. If it
displays
OFF
, the handset does not ring.
Owner
This field displays the username associated with this
handset. If there is no handset registered with
BOSST101 it displays
None
.
