Avoid impacts onto the plug connectors if there is a higher degree of

mechanical danger due to additional devices or design changes to the

machine.

Maintenance and repair

Maintenance and repair of motors must exclusively be done by Rexroth serv‐

ice.

Electrostatic charge

Avoid electrostatic charge resulting in propagating brush discharges
The type plate and the warning labels of MS2E motors are made of plastic

foil and limited conducting (disruptive voltage > 4 kV, see EN 60079-0). Fol‐

low the instructions below.

Danger of explosion due to propagating

brush discharges

WARNING

Do a risk evaluation about occurance of highly charge-generating processes

with the danger of propagating brush discharges.
Avoid propagating brush discharges or provide measures to avoid propagat‐

ing brush discharges.
