Burner removal

Refer to figure 74.
1. Remove clamping plate.
2. Remove spark/flame electrode assembly and seal

from the top of the heat exchanger.

3. Remove burner.

Checking and cleaning the electrode assembly:

Inspect the condition of the electrodes and ceramics,
replace if necessary.

Use a plastic scouring pad to clean the electrodes.

Baffle removal
